ZTZ Logistics performs all maintenance and repairs on earthmoving and mining machinery. Our mechanics inspect machines according to a detailed inspection form, then maintenance and repairs are carried out according to proper factory schedules and regulations.
Diagnostic equipment is available in ZTZ Logistics' own workshop. Using this equipment, machine computers can be read out, revealing which parts need maintenance. In this way, the product status is mapped: all data is read out and shared with the customer. In principle, every machine needs maintenance every 500 hours. Sheet-metal work and welding can also be carried out in ZTZ Logistics' own metal workshop.
In the workshop, defect repairs are carried out, for example repairing leaks, fixing play on frame parts or boring in case of widening or repairing holes in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, etc. Our workshop is equipped with all the necessary tools and materials to provide a full maintenance service.
Machine rebuilding is also carried out in our own workshop. This includes dismantling or assembling parts of machines, for instance for container stuffing. Even when machines are too large for transport, we ensure that they are adapted to be transported efficiently. If required, a machine can be fitted with an extra hydraulic function, so that certain hydraulically operated tools can be attached to the machine. We can also fit an automatic lubrication system or GPS system.
Used machines are inspected. During inspections, pictures are taken of all parts that need to be repaired or replaced. After completion of the inspection, a full inspection report is delivered, including photos and a detailed quotation. Based on this, the customer agrees to carry out the repairs. After completion of the work, new photos are sent of the machine. This keeps remote customers involved; in addition, the machines can easily be offered for sale again after maintenance.
